USCIS reminds applicants of new immigration fees under the H.R. 1 Reconciliation Bill, effective for requests postmarked on or after July 22, 2025. These fees, in addition to existing charges, support the IEFA and Treasury's general fund. Key changes include fees for asylum applications, employment authorization, and Temporary Protected Status, with no waivers available.
